Operazione Rif. PA 2022-17937/RER, approvata dalla Regione Emilia-Romagna con Delibera di Giunta Regionale n.1951/2022 del 14/11/2022 e cofinanziata con risorse del FSE+ 2021-2027 e della Regione Emilia-Romagna
Progetto n. 1 – Edizione n. 1
“Dance Your Time. Danzare il presente con lo sguardo al futuro”
Area Professionale: Produzione artistica e dello spettacolo
The course aims to provide participants with the technical tools necessary to deepen their knowledge of the languages of movement and contemporary dance, through lectures, meetings and fields projects, making available and comparing knowledge, skills and artistic experiences useful to enrich the reflection and strengthen the tools with the aim of expanding to specialize the technical and attitudinal background of young dancers who are confronted with the world of work.
The objective is to provide participating dancers with the necessary tools to broaden their technical background, putting them in a position to participate in productions composed of both small and large ensembles, with specific attention to the ability to go on stage in even non-strictly theatrical venues and the different forms of relationship with the public.
The project is developed through modules dedicated to the study of different movement techniques and the subsequent exploration of some staging possibilities.
Each module will be entrusted to a different choreographer or teacher of repute, supported by other professionals from the Fondazione Nazionale della Danza / Aterballetto who will take care of the entire process.
They will be asked to monitor the progress of the different explorations with the guest teachers, and at the end of the course they will be asked to develop a written paper highlighting which insights will prove to be most interesting for the individual training paths and which will be shared with the maitres and experts from the Fondazione Nazionale della Danza / Aterballetto.
In addition, ‘open-door’ sharing meetings with industry professionals will be organized at the end of the individual workshops.
The figure at the end of the course will be able to adopt different styles of contemporary dance, adapting their creativity to technique in order to manage non-theatrical spaces of expression, including unconventional or mediated by technology. He/she will be able to deal with small and large ensembles, and with specific attention to the processes of staging for places also in relation to different forms of audiences.
