The OVER DANCE project is the reference framework for a range of actions undertaken since 2022 on the theme of the transformation of the body and its perception as a vehicle for aesthetics. The December event in Milan is the continuation of this journey, an opportunity rich in events and opportunities for discussion on a central issue of the contemporary world.
On December 3rd, we will be guests at the Magnete space, in the heart of the Adriano district, for an entire afternoon dedicated to the project:
- From 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM / OVER DANCE LAB – A free workshop for people over 60 led by Claudia de Smet, assistant to the choreographer for Agenlin Preljocaj. The workshop is open to all citizens over 60 and no previous experience in dance or dance study is required. Participants will receive a discounted ticket for the show on December 5th at the Teatro Franco Parenti.
- 7:00 PM / TACA TÈ – Dance performance with a performer over 60, directed by Lara Guidetti and co-produced with the Milanese company Sanpapié. The show premiered this autumn at the Teatro Elfo Puccini as part of the MilanOltre Festival.
- Followed by a talk with Elisabetta Donati, sociologist and Head of Culture and Research Area for the Fondazione Ravasi Garzanti.
