In 2021, he completed his studies at the Dutch National Ballet Academy in Amsterdam, dancing choreographies by Crystal Pite and William Forsythe, and took part in productions of the Het National Opera & Ballet.
During the 2022/2023 season, he worked as an apprentice dancer at the Ballet National de Marseille de (LA)HORDE in Marseille, performing choreographies by Lucinda Childs, Tania Carvalho, Oona Doherty, and (LA)HORDE.
Matteo collaborated with Fondazione Nazionale della Danza / Aterballetto as a substitute dancer in a performance of the production Don Juan by Johan Inger (2023).
Later, in the 2023/2024 season, he joined BalletXSchwerin at the Mecklenburgisches Staatstheater, directed by Xenia Wiest, where he danced creations by Douglas Lee and Metamorphosis Dance by Iratxe Ansa and Igor Bacovich.
In September 2024, he joined Aterballetto.
