The project “Tracce di Frida – Il corpo resiliente” comes to an end

Tracce di Frida: il corpo resiliente, the project born from the collaboration between Azienda Ospedaliero – Universitaria and Fondazione nazionale della danza / Aterballetto, has concluded its workshop cycle. On Tuesday, January 24 at 6:00 PM, at the gym of the Ospedale di Baggiovara, the final event of the project will take place, dedicated to a small audience of family members and close friends of the participants.

Conceived by choreographer Lara Guidetti, the workshop is dedicated to women facing the daily challenges of Malattie Infiammatorie Croniche Intestinali (MICI) and their surgical and rheumatological complications. The closing event is a moment of celebration and reflection, featuring the screening of a video story created by director Andrea Mafrica, which documents the journey of the participants and the works they have created, inspired by the work of the famous Mexican artist Frida Kahlo. Following this, General Director Claudio Vagnini, choreographer Lara Guidetti, doctors Angela Bertani (Gastroenterology) and Gilda Sandri (Rheumatology), along with the participants themselves, will share the results and emotions of this experience.

For the invaluable support that made the project Tracce di Frida: il corpo resiliente possible, special thanks go to: AMICI, Associazione Nazionale per le Malattie Infiammatorie Croniche dell’Intestino (particularly the Modena section) and Mr. Marco Bigi.
