Born in 2001 in Portugal, she began her career as a rhythmic gymnastics athlete. Still very young, she undertakes training as a dancer studying at the Dance School of the National Conservatory of Lisbon, where she graduates.

In 2018, she joined Codarts, the Rotterdam University of the Arts, where she trained under the guidance of a number of prominent figures such as Bruno Guillore, Marina Mascarell, Andonis Foniadakis, Xanthe van Opstal, Michael Langeneckert, Ralitza Malehounova.

Between 2017 and 2023 she worked as a dancer in Portugal, with the Companhia Nacional de Bailado, in France, with the Compagnie Illicite Bayonne, in the Netherlands, at Codarts Dance Company and in Germany, at the Staatstheater Nurnberg in Nuremberg.

In September 2023, she joined the company Aterballetto.
